A new privacy law goes into effect in May 2018. In this e-book, we explain what this AVG privacy law means for email marketing and how your business can comply with the new rules.

In short, it is about the AVG: General Data Protection Regulation. Also referred to in English as the GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation. In the Netherlands, the AVG privacy legislation replaces the current Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp). Do you not meet the requirements of the new legislation? Then you will receive a fine of up to 20 million or 4 percent of total worldwide turnover.

This new law applies to anyone collecting email addresses and sending emails within the EU. As a result, some things need to change in your email marketing strategy. Want to know exactly what the new requirements are and what will change for your organization? Then download our e-book for a detailed explanation of the new privacy legislation.
