About CoffeeClick

CoffeeClick and schurq. have been working together for years with several consultants working within the marketing department. CoffeeClick is the coffee supplier for both business and sports in the Netherlands, which is conquering the traditional coffee market with a unique concept. They not only supply coffee machines but offer total care.

The challenge

The goal for schurq. was not only to put CoffeeClick on the map for working and active people across the Netherlands, but also to streamline internal communication and processes between marketing and sales.

Instead of working side by side, the goal was to truly strengthen each other!

Over the years, the systems CoffeeClick works with have been renewed and expanded. Alongside BN Solutions as the leading CRM, they also use SharpSpring as their Marketing Automation tool. After jointly designing, building, and optimizing the new website in 2020, we took the next step together: fully automating the marketing and sales processes.

In collaboration with BN Solutions, a unique integration was built between the two systems. The integrations between CoffeeClick’s various additional tools ensured that data pollution is no longer possible—and sales always knows exactly when to pick up the phone!
