schurq.’s task: make OK GAS stand out. In a traditional market where most of the field is already saturated. The biggest challenge was to build a website that could deliver value for multiple industries and target groups.

But just a website wasn’t enough. OK GAS also needed a rock-solid strategy. And that starts with the target audience.

Key questions we had to answer: Who exactly is the target audience? On which platforms can we reach them? And what message will truly trigger them?

Our Approach

The first step was the foundation: a website that not only looks modern but also functions the way it should. Together we developed a platform that is both search engine–friendly and conversion-focused. Where are they active online? And most importantly: what message resonates with them? The audience was divided into private and business customers. With targeted campaigns via Google and Bing Ads, along with sponsored content on Facebook, we reached both groups effectively. By continuously testing and fine-tuning, the message remained aligned with customer needs.

The results brought direction and energy. The logical next step was connecting and automating marketing and sales. Together we mapped OK GAS’s sales process. Which investments deliver the highest return? Which segments deserve extra attention? And where are the bottlenecks in the customer journey? By linking these insights to marketing, we translated the sales message into automated campaigns.

Google Ads also showed impressive performance: a 137% increase in quote requests, 30% lower CPC, and 5% lower costs overall. In the end, 21% of leads turned into customers.
