
Samurai helps organisations comply with laws and regulations around information security. Using an integrated approach, the company assists clients with compliance issues based on standards such as ISO 27001, NEN 7510 and BIO. Due to the growing demand for privacy and security officers, Samoerai sought support in finding suitable candidates.
Samurai wanted to fill vacancies for privacy and security officers, but without a standard vacancy campaign. The aim was to reach the right professionals and to engage with candidates who really fit the organisation and the field. Recruitment could be more effective and personal, without expensive intermediaries.
For this, we set up a vacancy campaign. Not a 'standard' vacancy campaign but via our Account Based LinkedIn Automation strategy. Starting with the target group. Together, we drew up requirements and criteria the candidates had to meet.
To target this group as sharply as possible, we combine KVK data and the Linkedin database. This way, we arrive at the perfect target group at all times. This was again submitted to Samurai. This way, only people who were approved by Isatis were eventually approached. We then drew up an employer branding campaign in which we shared several beautiful and successful projects.
We followed this up with several videos in which Isatis employees described the company and how they perceived the atmosphere. Synchronous to this company branding campaign, automatic actions were carried out via the personal account of the person responsible within Samurai. Thus, we ensured at least 6 contact moments with all candidates before they were approached.
Together with Samoerai, we drew up requirements and criteria for the ideal candidate.
We combined Chamber of Commerce data and LinkedIn filters to build a hyper-targeted list of candidates. Only pre-approved profiles were approached.
We shared inspiring projects as well as videos in which employees told what it is like to work at Samoerai.
Through an employee's personal LinkedIn account, we deploy an automated outreach with a minimum of 6 contact moments per candidate.
The campaign yielded quick results: we spoke to 50 potential candidates, of which 12 serious leads remained. One candidate has since started at Samurai, and a second transfer is in the pipeline.Thanks to the smart, automated approach via LinkedIn, Samurai's network grew by 490 relevant connections. This keeps the employer brand visible to exactly the right target group.In addition, Samoerai saved at least €6,000 in recruitment costs per hired employee,without compromising on quality.
