Are you curious about how to make your advertising campaigns more efficient and effective? Google introduces Ads Editor version 2.5 with 16 new features designed to simplify the editing process and give advertisers more control.
This update includes new capabilities such as App Install Ads with deep links, automatically generated Ad Strength assets, and an 'Asset source' column in asset reports. You can now easily distinguish between automatically created and advertiser-supplied assets.
Furthermore, Google Ads Editor 2.5 now supports Discovery product ads with additional fields such as videos, a long headline, and two paths. There is also support for in-feed video ads in Discovery campaigns and a text mode for selecting videos in the video library.
The update also brings campaign-level broad match keywords and support for Video view campaigns. Search themes in Performance Max campaigns help share key insights with Google AI about customer search queries.
A new Replace Text tool for product groups allows for quick text changes, and there is now device-specific targeting in Discovery campaigns. The update also supports brand settings for search and Performance Max campaigns, as well as features for dynamic search ads in Performance Max campaigns.
Advertisers can now also choose ad formats for video reach campaigns and set language and location targeting for Demand Gen campaigns at the ad group level.
Finally, the update includes a PMax dynamic search ad upgrade tool to track the migration status of each campaign.
