Join our team as Teamlead Advertise & Performance.

This is what you will do:

You coach, guide, and inspire the team to reach their full potential while ensuring the quality and productivity of the team;
You monitor the strategy and roadmap of the clients;
You test and experiment with AI and new technologies to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our products, and you develop new marketing strategies together with your colleagues to better serve our clients;
You may also spend up to 30% of your time showcasing your SEA skills to clients that suit you.

What we expect from you:

HBO work and thinking level;
At least 6 years of work experience in online marketing and a specialist in SEA;
Available for 32 to 40 hours per week;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
Passion for marketing and a willingness to continuously learn new skills and technologies;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
