The "Revenue Rockstars Series" will introduce agencies and companies using SharpSpring to new ways to achieve measurable results. For their own business and/or their clients. During this multi-part series of webinars, several inspiring speakers from different successful companies will speak. For the webinar, "How modern marketers generate revenue." schurq. was selected as a SharpSpring partner. On behalf of schurq. general manager Patrick Schokker took a seat on the panel.

SharpSpring as a marketing automation tool

In the webinar, Patrick gave agencies and companies an insight into our method. Our schurq. method. Not by going deep into how we use SharpSpring and the features of this marketing automation software, but rather by explaining how we make the software work for us and our clients.

Get to know your customers and know the journey they take!

The questions asked in the webinar focused largely on customer centricity. And therefore also the customer journey. Because how do you find out what data is really important and how it can help you guide customers through this customer journey?

"It starts with a comprehensive strategy session, in which we walk through the entire customer process together with the client. Thus, we draw out the entire customer journey and its various phases. Here it is very important that not only the marketing manager, but especially the sales manager is present. After all, it is the sales story that we will eventually automate using SharpSpring!" said Patrick. So this session lays the foundation for automating marketing processes. Marketing automation plays an essential role in this because it helps companies send the right content at the right time, to the right person.

From being a chair at the table, to running the table!

Patrick got to sit on a panel with a number of individuals who are considered marketing gurus worldwide. Among others, Seth Godin, Jay Baer and Mickey Locey took part in the series. We are of course very proud that Patrick was mentioned in the same breath as these names. This, and of course being labeled a Marketing "Rockstar" by SharpSpring is a great reward for all the hard work over the past few years on optimizing our own practices. We hope, very humbly, to inspire many more companies with our methods in the future!
