This is what you will do

  • You will coach, mentor and enthuse the team to reach their full potential and ensure the quality and productivity of the team;
  • You monitor the clients' strategy and roadmap;
  • You will test and experiment with AI and new technologies to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our products, and work with your colleagues to develop new marketing strategies to serve our customers even better;
  • You may also spend up to 30% of your time demonstrating your SEA skills yourself to clients who suit you.

What we expect from you

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Minimum 6 years (online marketing) work experience and specialist in SEA;
  • Available 32 to 40 hours per week;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Passion for marketing and willingness to continually learn new skills and technologies;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
