As it does every year, Emerce provides an overview of the best companies in e-business. April 8, the 2016 list was published, with this year for the first time as a separate category: marketing automation software.

The study

The survey was conducted among readers of Emerce who use e-business companies. A total of 494 companies were included in the online survey. These were divided into 39 categories. Respondents rated the companies based on four criteria: "knowledge/know-how," "value for money," "reliability" and "flexibility. Using a seven-point scale, they could indicate how each company scored. 1 represents very poor and 7 represents very good.

Marketing Automation Software

Although marketing automation software was not considered a separate category last year, a lot has changed in a year.Last year, Webpower was the only marketing automation tool that fell under email marketing software. But marketing automation (MA) is becoming increasingly popular. Consequently, there are many more MA software offered in 2015/2016 than at the beginning of 2015. That's why it has become a separate category this year. And in this category, marketing automation software SharpSpring ranks #1! With the highest score overall of a whopping 6 stars.

SharpSpring owes this in part to their good value for money.Emerce100-sharpspring-nr1-marketing-automation-software
